U.S. News & World Report again recognized all 17 eligible Alliance high schools as among the best in the nation.
As of January 1, 2020 Alliance will transition to a new governance structure. The first board meeting will be held in February 2020 and will be open to the public.
Who We Are
Alliance was founded in 2004 by dedicated public school educators and civic leaders who believed all students were capable of achieving at high levels.
We want every scholar and every school to perform in the top quartile in the state and 75% or more of Alliance scholars to complete college.
95% of Alliance scholars graduate from high school and are accepted to college. 71% to a four-year university.
We partner with scholars and families to advocate for access to high-performing public schools in Los Angeles, free and open to all.
