Alliance Renee & Meyer Luskin Academy High School is located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of South Los Angeles. The area is primarily home to African American and Latino families. The community is mainly served by non-charter public high schools, many of which are low-performing and overcrowded.

Principal Profile

Chalio Medrano served as Principal at Alliance Christine O'Donovan Middle Academy before taking over as Principal of Alliance Renee & Meyer Luskin Academy High School. He has been committed to serving youth as both a teacher and administrator for more than 15 years. Mr. Medrano holds a master's degree in Education from California State University, Sacramento.
