Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We recognize that inequities exist across every level of our society. Thus, dismantling systems of oppression will require us to intentionally shift internal structures and culture to be more inclusive of traditionally marginalized communities. This will ensure that staff and scholars are active agents of change in their education and work, making us a stronger Alliance.
