Teacher Salary and Certification Process
- Once your application has been submitted, you will be contacted by a School Staffing team member for an initial phone screen. If your application does not move forward, you may not be contacted due to a large volume of applications.
- For school certificated positions (e.g. teachers, administrators and counselors), those who move past the phone screen may be contacted by multiple Alliance schools that are a match.
- On the application and/or during the phone screen, you can specify your preference for a geographic location, school, content area, and grade level.
