Meyer Luskin is President and CEO of Scope Industries, a company that offers waste material recycling services, including the collection and processing of bakery waste materials into a food supplement for animals. Mr. Luskin is a board member of OSI, Inc. where he serves on the executive, audit, and compensation committees, and Myricom, Inc. where he serves on the audit committee. Formerly, he served as Chair of Stamet Inc., a high pressure solid pump manufacturer, and served more than 10 years in the investment industry.
Mr. Luskin serves on the Board of Advisors at the Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center and Orthopedic Hospital, where he helped start the Luskin Children's Clinic. He also helped found the Luskin Center for Innovation at UCLA.
Mr. Luskin graduated from Roosevelt High School in Los Angeles. He has a B.A. from UCLA and an MBA from Stanford University. He served more than two years in the U.S. Air Force during World War II, including time spent overseas.
Mr. Luskin and his wife Renee have three children and four grandchildren.
