WHAT IS ALLIANCE NEW TEACHER ORIENTATION (NTO)?
Alliance New Teacher Orientation (NTO) is a week-long orientation that provides teachers, who are new to Alliance, an understanding of what exceptional teaching looks like at Alliance. Instructional content-specific sessions along with classroom management/ culture sessions will be led by content members of the Academic Team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to review all human resource requirements including benefits, credentialing, safety videos and have questions answered through office hours. There will be community sessions built into the week so that you can familiarize yourself with the Alliance mission and prepare for the first week of school.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND NTO?
All full-time instructional staff who are new to Alliance are required to attend the entire week before your work in Alliance schools can begin. You will be paid for your daily attendance.

WHEN WILL NTO TAKE PLACE?
Webinars, recorded and live sessions will begin Monday, July 27 and last through Friday, July 31
