One of the most important things you can do this year to support Los Angeles students is to get informed and vote in the upcoming LAUSD School Board elections.

There are several important reforms happening in LAUSD this year, and we need to ensure that we have School Board Members in place that are considering the best interests of our students.

School Board candidates for Districts 2, 4, and 6 are up for election on March 5th. The United Way is hosting LAUSD candidate forums in the coming weeks where you can hear and question your candidates to make an informed decision when you vote.

Local races, such as this one, tend to have low voter turn-out, so every vote makes a huge difference. Get informed and vote on March 5th in what will be one of the most important elections for the future of Los Angeles.

Thank you in advance for your involvement.

Sincerely,

Judy Burton
