Alliance Collins Family College-Ready High School achieved an Academic Performance Index (API) score of 815, which is more than 100 points higher than the LAUSD average, ranking it in the top 10% of LAUSD high schools.  In 2014, 100 percent of Alliance Collins Family graduates were accepted to college.  For more on the school's current Performance Indicators, click here.

Alliance Collins Family High School ranks in the top 3% of high schools nationwide by US News & World Report, and among the top 25 "Most Transformative" high schools in the nation by Newsweek.

Alliance Collins Family College-Ready High School is located in Huntington Park, southeast of downtown Los Angeles. Densely populated Huntington Park is a primarily Latino community.
 

Demographics and Average Daily Attendance

99% Latino, 1% African American, 11% English Language Learner (ELL) Students, and 94% free or reduced meal program participants. To date, average daily attendance is 98%.
 

Principal Profile

Robert Delfino has been with the Alliance for more than five years. Prior to taking over as Principal at Alliance Collins Family College-Ready High School, he served as the Assistant Principal at Alliance College-Ready Academy High School 5. Before joining the Alliance team Mr. Delfino worked as a teacher and school administrator for more than 10 years. He received a bachelor of arts in Spanish at Cal State University, Northridge. He also holds a master's degree in Education from University of Phoenix.
