Strong Achievement, Strong Support
The Alliance has many people to honor and applaud. They have made it possible for us to open and operate three high performance schools this year and to open three new schools in September 2007. We are very proud of our exemplary teachers, principals, dedicated parents and hard working students and their accomplishments.
We are all also deeply grateful to our many funders who made substantial contributions to support the important work we are doing to serve communities in Los Angeles. Our funders have made it possible to acquire facilities, start-up each of our schools in their first two years when there are inadequate public funds provided for public charter schools and make it possible for us to enrich the quality of our instruction through high quality professional development and technology.
We look forward to sharing our progress with all of you.
