Alliance William & Carol Ouchi High School is an award-winning high performing free, public charter school that is located on the Alliance Ouchi O’Donovan 6-12 Complex, next to the Alliance Christine O'Donovan Middle Academy. This school provides students with rigorous college-preparatory instruction and comprehensive program of activities and free after school tutoring.

Prior to her role as principal since 2011, Dea Tramble served as Assistant Principal for Sutter Middle School and then as an Operations Administrator for Local District 1 to train over 100 elementary, middle, and high school administrators on LAUSD policies and procedures.  She began her career in education as a teacher and guidance counselor in LAUSD at Carver Middle School for seven years. Ms. Tramble has as bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton, and a master's in Science, School Counseling, and Leadership from California State University, Los Angeles.
